Over the years, the Town Shop has become the most famous lingerie store in New York City. They specialize in lingerie, and more specifically, the delicate art of fitting. While visiting TownShop each customer enjoys individual attention from experienced fitters who are trained to determine her correct size. This exceptional level of customer service has been the key to their success for over 4 generations since the mid 1880s.

Testing the waters: Build a brand to drive more sales online

Townshop needed a team to affordably drive sales in both foot traffic as well as ecommerce and omni channel ways. It settled on Starkflow to build a team in order to navigate the complicated marketplace bases and find a solution to bring traffic and sales to their brand online.

Started with a brand manager and migrated to eventually add a full time developer

Starkflow first started with hiring a brand manager who studied the industry and decided how to navigate google shopping and traffic filtration. Once Townshop was satisfied with their brand manager, they took the plunge to hire a full-time Shopify developer. The team was able to increase sales 121% YOY from the prior year by improving the website performance and optimizing the Google and Facebook Ads.
